Secret Ways To Get Your Child Ahead

I found myself in a wonderful position. I finished my degree at University and received 400% to 500% more great job offers than the average student. I was offered salaries or wages way above and, in one instance, twice as much as what an average student was offered. This was in part due to my pursuit of subject courses deemed harder than normal. These components of hard and on-purpose work are what led to the many job offers I received from top companies following my university graduation. I had a very hard time choosing, as I could only do full-time work with one company at a time.

Some of the jobs I have had include eight years as a Java Software Programmer in five different investment banks in the City of London, England. Basically, my job specification was to program trading systems used by bankers and traders for investment banking. In between those jobs, I studied for my master’s degree course (MSc) in Financial Markets and Information Systems. I undertook this study program while working full time at Deutsche Bank and as a pregnant mother-to-be and newlywed.

After those eight years as an investment banker, I resigned from my employment to run my own business with my husband. One such business and entrepreneurial role was the running of a health and nutrition dealership for, so far, over ten years. It was nice to win quite a few top recognition awards internationally for that business.

The reason I am sharing this with you is that I know I would not have had the courage to venture into these endeavours without that extra confidence gained from my understanding of fundamental math(s) earlier on in life. I grew up believing I could at least have a go at doing anything, even as a young lady of colour in a male-dominated profession.

Wouldn’t you love your child to have the level of confidence that I was lucky enough to develop?

This is my passion and I can share with you how you can help your child to a similar level of confidence as that which I developed, starting from math(s) and spreading to other areas of my life. It starts with fun!
